Question 1

What is More Miracles Made?

Accepted Answer

More Miracles Made Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to making everyday miracles happen for individuals and families in need. We provide support, resources, and hope through community donation events, outreach, and direct assistance.

Question 2

Who does the organization help?

Accepted Answer

Our mission covers people facing hardship of every kind — the homeless, seniors, veterans, children, disabled individuals, low-income families, and neighbors rebuilding their lives. If you or someone you know could use a hand, we want to hear from you.

Question 3

Where do you hold events?

Accepted Answer

Our community giveaways have been held around Connecticut, including East Haddam and Waterbury. The home page always shows the next event, and we post updates on Facebook as new locations and dates are added.

Question 4

Why the name More Miracles Made?

Accepted Answer

Because one miracle can go a long way. A warm coat, a working stove, or a full pantry may seem small to some, but it can change the whole direction of a family's year. We exist to make more of those moments happen.

Question 5

How do I find out what's coming up?

Accepted Answer

The Upcoming Event flyer on the home page always shows the next event. When a date passes, that flyer comes down automatically and the next one takes its place. You'll find the same event on the Community Events page.

Question 6

How do I register for an event?

Accepted Answer

Tap the flyer or the Register Now button under it — that opens the event's Eventbrite page where you can reserve your spot. If an event doesn't show a registration button, no ticket is needed; just come on by.

Question 7

Does it cost anything to attend?

Accepted Answer

No. Our giveaways are completely free. Everyone is welcome, and items go until supplies run out, so arriving a little early gives you the best selection.

Question 8

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

A barcode showing you have registered for the event. Bags are provided to you.

Question 9

What happens if the event I saw is over?

Accepted Answer

Past events come off the site automatically so you're never looking at an out-of-date flyer. The next scheduled event takes its place, and if nothing is booked yet you'll see an 'Event Coming Soon' poster instead.

Question 10

How do I request help for my family?

Accepted Answer

Use the My Miracle page. Choose the categories that matter most to you — clothing, food, appliances, school supplies, baby items, and more — add a few details for each, and submit. Your request comes straight to our team by email.

Question 11

What if I need something that isn't on the list?

Accepted Answer

There's an 'Anything else we should know?' box at the bottom of the My Miracle form for exactly that. You're also welcome to email or call us directly and we'll do our best to point you the right way.

Question 12

How quickly will I hear back?

Accepted Answer

Requests and messages land directly in our inbox and we reply by email as soon as we can. If your situation is time-sensitive, call 203-707-2777 and we'll pick up the phone.

Question 13

Can I refer a neighbor or family member?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Fill out the My Miracle form with their situation and let us know who to reach, or send us their contact details by email and we'll follow up.

Question 14

Can I volunteer at your events?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we'd love the help. Fill out the short application on the Volunteer page and it comes straight to our inbox. We'll reach out when the next event needs extra hands.

Question 15

My business or organization would like to help. How do we start?

Accepted Answer

Visit the Partner With Us page to see the ways organizations get involved, then send us your details through the partner form. We'll follow up to talk about sponsorship, bulk donations, or hosting an event together.

Question 16

Can we host or sponsor a giveaway?

Accepted Answer

We'd love that. Use the Partner With Us form and tell us roughly where you're located and what you have in mind — space, funding, or goods — and we'll build the details together.

Question 17

Where does my donation go?

Accepted Answer

Many of the goods we give away are donated, but funds are still needed to transport, store, organize, and distribute them. Every dollar helps us serve more people and make more miracles happen.

Question 18

How do I donate?

Accepted Answer

Use the Donate button anywhere on the site — it opens our secure donation form on Zeffy. It only takes a minute, and you can give once or monthly.

Question 19

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Accepted Answer

More Miracles Made Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Keep the receipt from your donation platform for your records.

Question 20

Do you accept item donations?

Accepted Answer

Yes — much of what we distribute comes from community donations. Email us first so we can tell you what's most needed right now and where to drop it off.

Question 21

How do I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Email moremiraclesmade@gmail.com, call 203-707-2777, or use the message bubble in the corner of any page — it sends straight to our inbox without opening your email app.

Question 22

How do I follow your work?

Accepted Answer

Follow us on Facebook for event announcements and stories, and browse the Miracle Moments gallery for photos from past giveaways.
